-Auto Hot Dog by Lindy - For the toys to work properly, you must get this and install it before installing the model; it’s free. (Discord Exclusive Version)

-Crystal Shader - Free shader, used for the glasses, if you decide you don't want this you will need to change the lens materials to Poiyomi yourself.

  • This package, and any of its contents, MUST NOT be redistributed, given, pay-split, or shared with ANYBODY - no exceptions.
  • This avatar MUST NOT be uploaded for public use on ANY platform (Including any VR platform, Steam workshop, etc.).
  • This model MUST NOT be used in any commercial capacity, except for the following exception:
  • The only time you MAY use the avatar in a "commercial" capacity is for streaming/content creation (i.e. photography) so long as there is a link to the Gumroad listing or Discord Server or my Socials included somewhere within the description.
  • If you choose to modify the model, I am not accountable if anything breaks.
  • You MAY NOT claim the character as your own. I understand if she becomes a character you find your identity with, you MAY do things like commission artwork of her, but I must be credited explicitly as she is my creation.
  • If you would like to commission another creator to do any 3D WORK using this avatar (i.e. 3D renders, adding additional outfits, retextures, etc.) the individual you are commissioning MUST PURCHASE THIS PACKAGE AS WELL.
  • You MAY make edits to the model, feel free to personalize her/make her your sona.
  • You MUST NOT purchase this avatar to asset mine anything used on the avatar. Purchasing the avatar to reuse the assets on another avatar WITHOUT OWNING licenses for the original assets from their respective creators is forbidden.
  • You MUST NOT delete, remove texture, or modify the credit box located within the head.
  • Resale of this package and ANY of its contents is PROHIBITED. You will be met swiftly with a DMCA.
  • FAILURE TO ACCURATELY FILL OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT (DISCORD + VRC USER NAME) WILL RESULT IN YOUR LICENSE BEING REVOKED. If you ask for help in the server, even after verification of purchase via our Discord bot, I have the right to deny you help if you have not provided your information correctly.
  • If TOS is broken in ANY way, you risk being blacklisted and having your license revoked.
